World Vision Somalia (WVS) is an integrated humanitarian organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and communities across all states in Somalia. WVS is currently inviting qualified, reputable, and registered travel agencies to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of comprehensive Travel Management Services.
The selected agency will be responsible for facilitating prompt, accurate, and cost-effective international and domestic travel products for WVI staff across its six Area Offices.
Key Service Requirements:
Operational Hours: Standard services from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM during working days.
Emergency Support: Mandatory 24-hour emergency service coverage, including weekends and official holidays, to handle urgent travel requirements.
Service Scope: Full-service booking and management for both domestic flights within Somalia and international travel routes.
Presence: The agency must maintain a documented physical presence within Somalia.
Mandatory Eligibility Documents: To be eligible for the subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) stage, agencies must provide:
Business Registration: Certificate of Incorporation from the FGS or Member States.
Tax Compliance: Valid Tax Compliance Certificate issued by the FGS or State Revenue Authority.
IATA Accreditation: Copy of a valid IATA Certificate of Accreditation (Mandatory).
Government Authorization: Copy of a valid certificate from the Ministry of Public Works (FGS/Member States).
