Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development (ACTED) is a French humanitarian organization registered under the “association française loi 1901.” Governed by a Board and supported by an executive team based in Paris, ACTED operates in over 37 countries with more than 6,000 staff worldwide. The organization’s mission is to save lives and support vulnerable populations in meeting their basic needs, particularly in hard-to-reach areas.
ACTED is currently implementing multiple humanitarian and development projects funded by various donors across Somalia. As part of its operational needs, ACTED is inviting qualified and reputable medical insurance service providers to submit bids for the provision of comprehensive staff medical insurance coverage.
The tender is for a two-year staff medical cover service, covering the period from June 01, 2026, to May 31, 2028. The selected service provider will be responsible for delivering reliable, efficient, and high-quality medical insurance services to ACTED staff in Somalia, ensuring access to healthcare services and supporting staff well-being.
