The Head of Human Resources will play a key role as part of the senior management team, driving workforce strategy, talent development, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. This position requires a leader who can align HR policies with business objectives while ensuring full compliance with labor regulations and industry standards.
The role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy that supports workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation structures, and succession planning. The HR leader will oversee talent acquisition for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring the company attracts and retains high-performing professionals in a competitive market.
A key responsibility is maintaining strong employee relations, managing disciplinary processes, improving workplace policies, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal regulations.
