The UNOPS Somalia Country Office (SOCO) is seeking an Administration and ICT Senior Associate to drive efficient office operations in Mogadishu. Working under the direct supervision of the Head of Support Services, the successful candidate will provide dual-specialized support in facilities administration and information technology.

UNOPS SOCO has been a trusted partner to the Government of Somalia since 1995, delivering over $150M in infrastructure and procurement projects. This role is critical for maintaining the high-quality IT infrastructure and office environment necessary for the delivery of complex humanitarian and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: * Facilities Management: Oversee office premises, manage maintenance/repair works, and coordinate accommodation facilities in compliance with UN safety standards.

ICT Operations: Install, operate, and maintain all hardware; ensure stable network and internet connectivity; and provide fast, friendly user support to personnel.

Inventory & Assets: Maintain rigorous control and periodic physical verification of all ICT equipment, software, and non-expendable office assets.

Financial Administration: Process administrative payments (utility bills, minor contracts) and monitor vendor invoices within the ERP system.

Logistics & Events: Support the organization of workshops and official events, managing all logistical and administrative requirements.

Procurement Support: Assist in the technical hardware/software procurement process and maintain a roster of potential IT suppliers.
