New Hope International Academy is currently seeking passionate, qualified, and dedicated teachers for Somali, Arabic, and Tarbiya subjects. The successful candidates will play a vital role in shaping young learners by delivering engaging lessons, maintaining classroom discipline, and fostering a positive and inspiring learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Somali, Arabic, and Tarbiya
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
- Teach reading, writing, grammar, speaking, and comprehension skills
- Promote Islamic values such as honesty, respect, discipline, and good character
- Use interactive teaching methods including storytelling, games, visuals, and activity-based learning
- Support students according to their individual learning needs and abilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school leadership
- Participate in school programs, meetings, and extracurricular activities
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching and learning standards
- Follow safeguarding policies and uphold professional conduct

- Ability to design engaging and structured lessons
- Understanding of child safeguarding and student welfare
