These framework agreements aim to select qualified suppliers to provide educational materials under long-term procurement arrangements.
Open to registered and operational suppliers in Somalia
Suppliers must meet technical and financial qualification requirements

Electronic submission via ProSave (Recommended)
Submission via approved tender systems as outlined in the tender documents
Important Conditions:
All documents must be clearly labelled
File size must not exceed 15MB per email (if applicable)
Large files must be split into multiple submissions
The subject line must reference the correct tender reference number
Do NOT copy other SCI email addresses into submissions
Late submissions will not be accepted
